• Attend clients and resolve grievances.
• Giving information to clients about company product and services.
• Counselling clients for education domain for higher studies.
• Coordinating with clients over the call and giving online counselling.
• Maintain CRM with updated details.
• Taking inbound and outbound calls, and keeping the record.
