Job Title: Quant Trainer (GRE and GMAT)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Quant Trainer to join our team, specializing in GRE and GMAT test preparation. As a Quant Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in helping our students excel in the quantitative sections of these standardized tests. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering comprehensive lesson plans, conducting one-on-one and group tutoring sessions, and providing insightful feedback to help students improve their quantitative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored lesson plans and curriculum for GRE and GMAT quantitative sections.
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings.
• Assess individual student needs and customize instruction to address their specific strengths and weaknesses.
• Provide guidance on test-taking strategies and time management techniques.
• Track student progress and adapt teaching methods as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Offer constructive feedback and practice exercises to enhance students’ quantitative skills.
• Stay current with GRE and GMAT test formats, content, and scoring methodologies.
• Collaborate with the content development team to create relevant study materials.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, engineering).
• Exceptional proficiency in GRE and GMAT quantitative sections.
• Prior experience in test preparation or tutoring is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• High level of professionalism and reliability.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, accommodating student schedules.
