- To coordinate with clients on call and emails to understand their requirements.
- To note their details and arrange expert calls with respective managers/ seniors.
- To provide counselling for study abroad domain.
- Maintain the data on CRM with updated details.
- To take inbound and outbound calls, and keeping up the record.mn
