Siddharthsai Events and Management Services Private Limited (SEMSPL) (formerly ENCORE) is an event management company with a rich experience of 500+ successful designer exhibitions over the last 9 years. We have conducted 500+ premium designer exhibitions since inception under SEMSPL at high-end venues.
As a part of our expansion plans, we’ve consciously ventured into –
a. Retail – Through franchisee of Lenskart, an established optical brand
b. Training – Centres of Lakme Academy
c. Education – Centre of Trendz Institute of Fashion Technology (TIFT), our own brand
We are looking for a Assistant / Centre Manager for Lakme Academy (Somajiguda & Kukatpally), Hyderabad
Ideal candidate –
· Possesses excellent knowledge of the education industry along-with good analytical skills, command over English/Hindi/Telugu, with an ability to convince and convert inquiries into admissions.
· Has experience in mobilising students through seminars presentations / workshops / field visits, etc
· Has already worked in the capacity of a Counsellor for 8+ years and can counsel prospective students regarding different courses, fee structure, admission procedure, etc
· Can coordinate with both internal & external people pre and post the admission process
· Can maintain regular communication with the colleges/students for coordinating admission activities.
· Can achieve 100% conversion of hot leads generated offline / online
· Can achieve 100% admission / enrolment targets month-on-month ensuring 100% utilisation of infrastructure and resources leading to 100% fulfilment of batches / courses through counselling and coordination with management / counsellor / faculty.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities include 80% Sales (Student Admission) and 20% centre operations –
1. Centre Operations management – day to day
2. Achieving sales budgets – Weekly / monthly to ensure centre is profitable
3. Regular promotion of courses / batches – Online & Offline (field visits / seminars / workshops / etc)
4. MIS reporting
5. Maintaining proper books of account, control expenses, etc
6. Maintaining a professional work environment
7. Ensure compliance to processes, batch scheduling, preventing batch overflows, exam scheduling
8. Monitor & control employee & student absenteeism.
9. Ensure 100%student satisfaction by bench-marking standards
10. Conduct open house monthly & take corrective measures on student concerns
11. Liaison with University for examination, etc
12. Coordinate with faculty for field/industry visits, student internships, placements
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
· Ideal candidates should be a Post-Graduate (in any discipline) with 3 to 5 years’ experience in concept selling. Knowledge of the education industry will be an added advantage.
Working knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PREVIOUS COMPENSATION, SKILLSET, RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING A TEAM WILL BE DECIDING FACTORS. CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE EDUCATION INDUSTRY WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
