FOR THE POST OF PROFESSOR

Essential

• Ph.D. in relevant discipline from PCI approved reputed institution.
• First Class at Bachelor’s with Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Industrial Pharmacy from an institute approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
• Registration as pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948, as amended from time to time.
• Minimum 10 years post ‐ PhD experience in teaching/research at PCI approved institute, of which at least 5 years at the level of Associate Professor, or equivalent grade.
• Minimum 10 publications in Scopus/WOS indexed journals with high impact factor.
• Experience of guiding PG and PhD students. (Guided at least two Ph.D students)
• Experience of handling research projects funded by national/international agencies.
• Capacity to undertake R&D projects from industry, consultancy assignments

Desirable

• Recipient of Post-Doctoral fellowship.
• Administrative experience
• Preferred age 45-55 yrs.
