Educational Qualification : M.Sc. (Nursing) with/without PhD. in concerned speciality
Experience: 8 years of total teaching experience in nursing college(s) after M.Sc.
Desirable : 1. Good knowledge of Computer Applications ( MS-OFFICE, Google Classroom, Google forms, Google Spreadsheet, E-learning platforms etc.) 2. Good command over teaching in English as well as Hindi Language
Key Responsibility :
- Instruct in the classroom and supervise clinically nursing programs
- Design curriculum in collaboration with the department chair for both Nursing Associate degree and Baccalaureate programs.
- Organize and collaborate with Student Affairs to mentor students in student activities and clubs.
- Organize and provide an educational experience leading to student credentials and gains in nursing positions employment.
- Contribute to recruitment and retention of nursing students.
- Participate in activities related to nursing accreditation process.
- Develop and maintain relations with health care agencies.
- Implement College’s philosophy, curriculum, program outcomes and course objectives through classroom and clinical teaching.
- Participate in service to college, community, health system and profession to impart subject matter to nursing students.
- Develop teaching innovations in annual preparation and revision of all assigned courses.
- Participate in academic advisement and counsel assigned group of students while participating in potential assessment and real counselling concerns.
- Plan clinical experiences and provide supervision and evaluation of nursing students delivering nursing care to a group of individuals.
- Supervise and evaluate clinical preceptors utilized in student clinical experiences.
- Evaluate and record student’s feedback level of performance based on course objectives.
- Assist with remediation of students as required and needed.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month
