• Brand Communication Strategy: Develop a comprehensive brand communication strategy that aligns with the brands positioning. Build a robust plan to create brand awareness
• Brand Identity : Build and maintain the brand’s visual identity across all marketing vehicles
• Brand positioning : Ensure that the brands positioning is consistent across all channels including marketing communication, social media and in-store communication and experience. Develop a clear and compelling brand positioning
• Marketing Communication : Build a robust communication calendar. Plan & execute marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s overall strategy and objectives. Develop and execute creative campaigns, media planning and buying and also control marketing budgets
• Drive footfalls : Plan and execute innovative ways to build brand awareness and drive footfalls. Focus on repeats as well
• Consumer understanding and insights : Share customer insights via various customer connect initiatives and research / dip sticks
• Regional support : Plan and execute ‘New store opening’ and sustenance plans
• Work closely with internal stake holders to understand business objective and drive the same
• Create an annual PR plan for the brand and drive the same with association with the PR agency
• Social media : Build a social media and influencer strategy. Build the handle to grow followers, drive engagement and build brand awareness
• Liaise closely with the advertising media and event agencies to ensure effective communication for the brand.
• Achieve targeted budgets
• Track competitor and market trends
