The Department of Economics at Shiv Nadar Institute of Eminence, Delhi NCR, India, is a vibrant, research-oriented department with our faculty members holding PhDs from leading research universities around the world. We are committed to becoming a preeminent research department in the region, and also building world-class graduate and undergraduate programs. Applicants must hold, or be close to completing, a Ph.D. as well as possess teaching experience appropriate to rank. In addition, we require a clear demonstration of research potential.

Applicants for the rank of assistant professor may demonstrate this with a strong doctoral dissertation and research papers. Applicants for other ranks must have a proven track record of publications. On our part, we provide faculty with generous research support, world-class infrastructure and facilities, and TA and RA support.
