Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Melting Supervisor located in Rajkot. The Melting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day melting operations, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the melting process, managing the team of melters, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in melting operations and foundry processes
• Knowledge of various melting techniques and equipment
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and quality
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications or degrees in metallurgy or related field

Education : Diploma/ B.E ( Mechanical / Metallurgy )

Experience : 1 to 2 years of experience

Industry : Casting Preferably
