JobPurpose
To carry out the professional duties of a teacher teaching all areas of the primary curriculum as circumstances may require and in accordance with the schoolspolicies under the direction of theManagement 
Responsibilities
         To take responsibility for teaching a class or smallgroups adhering to the teacher standards ensuring each pupil makesthe best possible progress in theirlearning
         To take key responsibility for the well being andsafety of the students in the class and for ensuring good standardsof behavior
         To work closely with teachers and leaders across theschool to coordinate and promote children s cocurricular activitiesand to organize and deliver events in a timely and organizedway 
         To adhere to all the school s policies andpractices
         To maintain a tidy well managed and attractive learningenvironment in which learning resources are clearly displayed andavailable to all
         To take responsibility for your own professionaldevelopment seeking opportunities to reflect upon and improve yourpractice in line with the school s and your ownpriorities
         To contribute to the school s wider effectivenessincluding running at least one extra curricular club peryear
         Be prepared when appropriate to take a leadership rolewithin the school This may include being part of a core curriculumteam
