We are currently hiring Student Counsellors for our domestic process.

This is a permanent full-time position. You should have a strong command over the English language communication.

You are required to work 6 days from 9.30 AM until 6.30 PM

Roles and Responsibility

2+ years of experience in handing candidate.

Detailed counselling and regular follow up of the candidate

Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific professionals.

Assist in any other relevant duties as assigned by the Team Manager pertaining to Overseas education.

Documenting reports concerning each student and reporting to the team manager.

Excellent communication skill (especially listening skills) is highly required.

Patience should be a virtue worn at all times.

To be a problem solver.

Desired candidate Profile

Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.

Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.

Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.

Salary details : 12,000 to 15,000
