Job description: –

1 year to 3 yrs of experience as Telesales / Telemarketing mandatory – Should be comfortable to work from office

– Experience in Education / Training preferred

– Educational counselor experience preferred – Handle calls on leads generated – Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions. – Regular follow-ups with potential clients/ patients. – Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary. – Handle any operations-related activities that may be required. – Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excel. – Generate relevant reports from the same. – Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with the required doctor who shall visit the patient – Analyze the quality of calls and strive for improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
