JD for Corporate Salesforce Trainer We are seeking for Salesforce Trainer specialized in Development, Lighting like PD1, PD2 technology. Job description: • Should have a minimum of 3 years of expertise in Salesforce admin, Salesforce Development. Prior experience in corporate training.

• Develop appropriate and effective training methods and material.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Salesforce.com – MUST
• Develop and present complex training through a variety of delivery methods (classroom, virtual training, conference calls, train the trainer sessions, Feedback sessions, labs and peer-to-peer coaching)
• Contribute to and collaborate with our existing content creation team in order to assist in managing e-learning courses, certifications, videos, presentations and reporting within the company s Learning Management System.
• Manage the full lifecycle of design, development and execution of training strategy for our global teams, aligned with organizational goals.
• Relationship builder. You should have the ability to quickly build and earn trust through a deep understanding of your audience.
• Execute the customized Salesforce training plan At least 2-7 years of experience in a training role, preferably technical training for related cloud technology products and services Strong experience with all aspects of Salesforce including LWC(Lightning Web Component) Aura, Apex and Visualforce development, design, and configuration of Salesforce.com
• Experience in program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation
• Experience with Salesforce Custom Objects, Salesforce data models, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) queries, data integrations, API development, reports, dashboards, formulas, validation rules and workflows
• Experience managing change controls across multiple sandbox and production environments
• Experience using Salesforce.com data tools (e.g., Data Loader, Excel Connector, etc.)
• • Preferably certified in salesforce.
• Strong communication skills.
