Seva Sadan Society Hiring For Pre-primary Helper Teacher at Mumbai, Maharashtra Full Time

Seva Sadan is a 113-year-old non-profit organisation based in Gamdevi, Mumbai. We are registered as a Trust and run by an elected Managing Committee who are working voluntarily.

The services we offer include:

• A Residential Home for underprivileged girls (ages 6 to 18)
• Schools in Marathi and English medium for underprivileged students

The English medium school is a self-financed SSC school where all students are first-generation English learners coming from underprivileged backgrounds. The School is 14 years old and offers SSC curriculum to children from underprivileged and low-income backgrounds. The co-education School has ~250 students in classes Nursery to Class 7.

We require a Helper Teacher for the Pre-Primary Section.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage the class that is assigned
• Lesson planning, conducting baseline tests, designing activities to make learning more fun
• Adopting modern teaching techniques
• Attend trainings as decided by the school-in-charge
• Help the class teacher with all the activities

Required Experience and Qualifications

ECCED

0-2 years of Pre-primary school teaching in English medium schools
Excellent command over English
Demonstrate improvement in students’ learning skills

Job Types: Part-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
