Social Science- Curriculum DeveloperJob responsibilities:Work with Senior Manager – Books and multiple Deputy Managers and Assistant Managers in managing the publishing plan for the departmentManage the products and publishing portfolio for respective subjectResponsible for product strategy for respective subject in response to market needsWork with Senior Manager – Books and effectively deliver the best quality print and/or digital product(s) within agreed timelineDesign and deliver great user experiences: Manage, monitor and improve the user experience for digital content and product(s).Collaborate and work with DGM – Assessments and Curriculum Support and AGM – School Support to support the schools with required training, additional support material, and assessments for respective subjects.Plan, develop, prioritise, implement, and oversee the processes ensuring that products / solutions are published / released within set deadlines, as per scope, according to budget and are of the highest qualityKey Performance Indicators :Publishing work delivered within agreed timelinesMore than 90% of subject-based trainings conducted as per planMore than 90% participants report highest rating in the feedback formErrors in less than 5% of pages of a book, with zero major conceptual or factual errorThe Jaipuria online learning platform (JLearn) ready to launch in April 2023Requirements:Desirable to have a master’s degree in respective subjects.Mix of language proficiency (verbal and written), deep pedagogical understanding, subject specialisation and business acumen.10+ years of work experience; of which at least 7 years of relevant experience.Desirable to have experience in Instructional Design.Ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders such as school promoters, school principals, authors, illustrators, trainers, teachers, and other solution providers.Organised and process driven, and ability to work across timelines and cross-functional teams.Team / Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to lead, inspire collaboration and empower teams.Have strong project management skills.
