Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Job Description:

As an admission counsellor, you will play a critical role in our enrollment efforts, identifying opportunities and converting them into leads for our educational programs. You will be at the forefront of our team, engaging with potential students and institutions to drive enrollment growth.

Your day to day Responsibilities :

  • Proactively research and identify potential leads, both individuals and institutions, interested in our courses.
  • Initiate outbound calls to leads, effectively presenting our educational offerings and assessing their interest.
  • Conduct thorough discussions with leads to understand their educational goals and tailor your pitch accordingly.
  • Provide comprehensive information about our courses, curriculum, benefits, and advantages to generate interest.
  • Address any concerns or objections raised by leads, emphasizing the value and relevance of our programs.
  • Determine the readiness of leads to proceed, scheduling consultations or appointments with highly interested prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, including lead details, outcomes, and follow-up requirements in our CRM system.
  • Reach out to leads requiring additional time, offering further assistance and information.
  • Continuously analyze call feedback to refine your approach and improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless transition for enrolled leads.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in our courses to address lead inquiries effectively.
  • Monitor and strive to meet or exceed daily and weekly conversion goals.
  • Invest in ongoing training and skill development to enhance your cold calling and lead conversion techniques.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion progress to the management team.

Experience Required: 1-2 Years

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and results-oriented with the ability to overcome objections.
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
