Role Description We are seeking an experienced, consultative, and target-driven Senior Program Advisor to drive admissions and enrolments across SDA Bocconi Asia Center’s portfolio of programs. This is a sales-focused role: you will own the cycle end-to-end generating interest, qualifying leads, and converting prospects through to enrolment while engaging audiences that range from ambitious graduates and early-career professionals to senior Managers, Directors, and C-suite leaders. Working primarily over calls, you will act as a trusted advisor who holds credible, value-driven conversations at every level of seniority and consistently delivers against enrolment and revenue targets.

Job Description & Qualification:

• Engage and advise prospective candidates across SDA Bocconi Asia Center’s portfolio of programs — from early-career talent to experienced professionals at Manager to C-suite level — on program fit, curriculum, and career outcomes.
• Proficiency in communication and presentation, including clear written and verbal communication in English and comfort speaking with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with program coordination and administration, including managing databases, tracking candidate journeys, and preparing reports.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and keep a reliable forecast of expected enrolments by program and admissions round.
• Proactively follow up across calls, email, and messaging to move candidates through each stage and maximise conversion to final enrolment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management, education, or a related field; prior experience in higher education or executive education advising is preferred.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms (CRM systems, video conferencing tools, and productivity software).
• Demonstrated client-centric mindset, professionalism, and adherence to non-discriminatory, inclusive practices in all candidate interactions.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in consultative, high-value, or solution selling (education, executive education, B2B, financial services, premium services, or similar).
• University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a postgraduate qualification is preferred.
