Job Description
The Lead, Process Modeller will be responsible for:
- Working closely with Manager, Process Management COE to manage and coordinate resources within NICI
- Contributing towards divisional target by partnering with process &/ model owners and other stakeholders (e.g Change teams, DCO, project teams, SMEs) to:
- Develop and/ maintain process models (including controls and obligations overlay) according to enterprise standard.
- Identify process optimisation and automation opportunities from process models
- Maintain linkages within process models to support deliverables and reporting, e.g. ICS targets
- Support initiatives to improve process monitoring, controls monitoring, and automation of monitoring
- Ensuring adherence to enterprise standard
- Contributing to development of COE practices, working with the broader squad to continuously improve standard processes, tools and templates and uplifting capability within COE & across EO. This incudes working towards/contributing towards PACE accreditation.
- Proactively monitoring process risk and assurance requirements to ensure compliance within agreed Risk Appetite and timely management of any non-compliance
Essential capabilities
- Communication & stakeholder management
- 5 years+ experience working with process modelling standards
- Experience process mapping (MS Visio, Signavio), process documentation (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Ability to autonomously organise and facilitate workshops with Subject Matter Experts to develop &/ review models (inc. associated controls & obligations)

- People leadership experience
- Financial services and banking experience
- Demonstrated experience in Lean & Six Sigma methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in control & risk management
- PACE accredited
