Position Title: Senior executive / Assistant Manager – Training
Reports to: Regional Ops Manager / Training Head

1. JOB PURPOSE: To implement training initiatives in the Store Operations by conducting training and OJT certifications for new and existing employees in collaboration with HR/ In-store training and tracking and improving the Store Training Health through regular audits.
Displaying commitment to excellence and helping the organization to become Employer of Choice by continuous training and development interventions.
FOH / BOH Station Champions & Restaurant Training Managers will have dotted reporting
2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Training Department Set up
- Responsible for driving the company culture, brand values and maintaining high standards of product quality and customer centricity
- Conduct new hire induction and ensure enrolment and completion of role-based learning paths within specified timelines
- Track on-job learning and assessments of all the new staff joining the store
- Support in tracking the stores Customer Concerns and TAT
- Train and evaluate MITs – includes OJTs & Final Certification
- Identify and develop FOH / BOH Station Champions and drive in-store training through them
- Train and certify new store teams and ensure 100% trained staff before new store launch
- Train staff on new/ existing products, SOPs, marketing promotions with a focus on product quality and customer satisfaction
- Conduct monthly training audits along with the Store Incharge and report observations for corrective action planning
- Measure and report training effectiveness of all programs
- Maintain and regularly update all training dashboards/ records along with restaurant training SPOC

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Qualification IHM/Graduate, courses in training certification etc will be an advantage
- Experience 2-3 years + experience in retail, FMCG, food service industry and similar organisations with large customer facing staff with training needs.
