Role Description The Senior Executive – Accreditations & Rankings is a full-time on-site role based in North Goa, responsible for driving and managing institutional accreditation and ranking initiatives. This role involves coordinating end-to-end accreditation and ranking processes of AACSB, AMBA BGA, EFMD EQUIS, including data collection, validation, documentation, and timely submissions to national and international agencies. The Senior Executive will collaborate closely with academic and administrative departments to gather evidence, align institutional practices with accreditation standards, and ensure continuous quality improvement. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining updated databases and dashboards, preparing reports and presentations for leadership, tracking deadlines and criteria changes, and supporting audits, visits, and stakeholder interactions. The role also includes benchmarking NBS against peer institutions, identifying opportunities to improve ranking performance, and contributing to strategic projects that enhance institutional reputation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in accreditation, rankings, quality assurance, or institutional research, preferably within higher education or management education.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting using spreadsheets, dashboards, and other analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting reports, documentation, and communications with external agencies.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects, manage timelines, and work collaboratively with academic and non-academic teams.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent submissions and audits.
• Familiarity with major accreditation and ranking frameworks (e.g., national accreditation bodies, business school rankings) is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management, Education, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Comfort working in a technology-enabled environment, with readiness to learn and use digital and AI-enabled institutional systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
