The Job

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Aligns, designs, authors, publishes and tracks internal and external e-learning programs to accomplish business and learning objectives.
• Works with Course Management team and Marketing to develop and release education videos.
• Identify performance outcomes and map those to learning objectives and content outlines that lead to defined curricula.
• Develop high-quality, online training curricula and materials, including demos, video, and hands-on exercises which showcase best practices for industrial applications.
• Develop assessment strategies to reinforce technical content. and learning trends.
• Be the voice of the learner and the industry. Ensure that their needs are at the front of our content efforts and help our team iterate and improve on our content offerings.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a person with:

• 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields of the Electric Vehicles industry
• Have worked on multiple projects related to the core EV sector
• Relevant Experience in any of these fields such as; BMS, Battery Pack Design, Battery Thermal Management & Testing, Electric Motor Design, Analysis & Testing, Power Electronics Design & Simulation, EV HV Wiring Harness, Vehicle Integration, Communication Protocols, HiL/ SiL/ MiL testing, Safety standards, and Homologation.
• Experience in 2 or more CAD software, Ansys, MATLAB Simulink, SciLab, CAN vector, PSIM, Altium, etc.
• Great understanding of Battery Management System, Electrical Architecture, Power Electronics, and e-Powertrain components.
• Excellent Leadership, written and oral communication skills
• Team player – able to connect to members of various roles in the organization
• An analytical mindset, research, and exploration skills
• Identify opportunities for improvements and takes the initiative with a positive attitude
