Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Chemistry Faculty, based in Vishakhapatnam. The role involves teaching advanced chemistry topics with a focus on Physical Chemistry, designing and developing curriculum, conducting research, and mentoring students for competitive exams such as IIT-JEE and NEET. The individual will also be responsible for conducting regular assessments, fostering scientific inquiry among students, and actively participating in institutional academic planning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Chemistry with expertise in Physical Chemistry
• Experience in curriculum development and creating structured course materials
• Strong research skills and a deep understanding of academic methodologies
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills
• Master’s or Doctorate in Chemistry or a related field is required; teaching experience, especially at a senior academic level, is highly valued
• Knowledge of competitive exam preparation, such as IIT-JEE and NEET, is advantageous
