Roles and Responsibilities
1) Conducting training & re-training sessions.
2) Create training module session & schedules.
3) Administering on-the-job training programs.
4) Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
5) Reduce the T-A-T for Teacher’s readiness for classroom.
6) Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs.
7) Devise effective processes to scale the Training program with efficiency & efficacy.
Desired Candidate Profile
– Overall 4 years+ work experience
– Minimum 2 years specialization in the Ed-tech Training domain
– B.Tech/BE Electronics preferred
– Work from office only (HSR Layout – Bangalore)
