Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field. A teaching certification or relevant professional qualifications are desirable.
• Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role, with a focus on delivering training programs in the education sector.
• In-depth knowledge of educational principles, methodologies, and best practices across different levels of education.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability and flexibility to customize training programs to meet the unique needs of different clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
