Education Counsellor – Hyderabad (5.5 LPA)

About the Role:

Our Client is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Education Counsellor to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our online trading education programs, guiding prospective students through the learning journey, and building valuable relationships with key partners.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively call qualified leads to generate interest in our free workshops and online training programs.
• Engage workshop attendees, understand their needs, and effectively counsel them on the benefits of professional trader certification.
• Convert leads into paying customers through persuasive communication and sales techniques.
• Relationship Building: Collaborate with Sharekhan branches to source new leads and develop mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Foster strong relationships with potential and existing students, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their concerns promptly.
• Administrative Duties: Prepare and submit daily MIS reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leads, sales, and customer interactions.
• Liaise effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Essential: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills, adept at converting leads into paying customers.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adhering to deadlines and performance targets.
• Positive and optimistic attitude, with a strong work ethic and a relentless pursuit of success.
• Desirable: Prior knowledge of the stock market and financial trading concepts.
• Experience working with Sharekhan or other similar financial institutions.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
