Role & responsibilities

• Overseas Student counseling.
• To provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client expectations
• Assisting students from start to end of the entire admission process.
• person should have minimum 2 to 3 years experience as Student Counsellor preferably in UK, USA, Australia, Newzealand, Ireland etc
• Person should have excellent communication skills and should be fluent in English and Malayalam
• Self-motivated, flexible and dedicated candidate would be our first preference.
• The Candidate should have deep knowledge of Student Counselling
• Candidate should have pleasing personality and should be confident enough to handle work pressure
• Feeding students with the best of knowledge and information regarding Universities.
• Interview and Preparing students to ensure that he/she is eligible to apply for application.
• To maintain working relationship with all clients colleagues
• To send University Short listing to the students
• Coordination with Universities for offer letter and COE.
• Must be a team player

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor (or above) qualification
• Strong knowledge of destination and local education systems
• Minimum 2 year + counselling experience preferably in the overseas education industry preferably in UK, USA, Australia, Newzealand, Ireland etc
• Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines
• Visible orientation towards having high quality service as integral part of work ethics
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem resolution skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
