Roles and Responsibilities

• Teachers at the Secondary School Level are required to facilitate learning through the use of appropriate pedagogical strategies and tools and cater to the diversity of learners in the classroom.
• Teachers must demonstrate a strong willingness to promote development of 21st Century Learning Skills in their students.
• Teachers are required to demonstrate a strong understanding of their Subject/Domain and design innovative learning interventions for their students.
• Teachers are required to possess strong skills of communication and writing and demonstrate willingness to offer students developmental feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Prospective Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in the required subject of specialization in addition to a Bachelor of Education degree.
• Candidates with Masters Degree in the required area of specialization with a Bachelor of Education or a Master of Education degree will also be considered.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience is ideally suited for the role. Freshers with exemplary talent for teaching will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Strong English Communication Skills is mandatory.
• Candidates who demonstrate fluency in using relevant software tools and applications would be preferred.
