Our headquarters is based in Singapore. We are an education book publisher, curriculum developer and training provider specializing in early childhood education (children between 4 to 8 years old).
We have developed a specialised curriculum called E.S.I (Emotionally, Socially, Intelligent) KIDS focusing on SEL (Social & Emotional Learning), problem solving, communication skills, life & soft skills. We have been around for many years. The E.S.I KIDS curriculum has been successfully implemented in schools in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia.
We are seeking a Rights Executive to work on a permanent basis from home for Monday to Friday (Remote/Work From Home). This person will work directly with the Founder/Director to assist in identify B2B clients through research whom are suitable to be potential licensees/buyers of our rights, develop and pitch to these clients to purchase the rights to our catalogue of education teaching and learning books and resources, nurture and build relationships with our potential clients through strategic thinking and excellent cross cultural communication skills and ensuring that these potential clients/relationships translate into the licensing of our book titles.
We are looking for individuals that have an engagement in children’s education. We value people with maturity, integrity, reliability, humility and talents who are willing to work hard and work together with the management towards acquiring B2B licensees.

Responsibilities
– Selling rights worldwide, directly and via-sub-agents
– Range of responsibilities including identifying new markets, organising the Management’s schedule in major international book fairs, creating marketing materials, drafting contracts and management of the rights database
– Develop and nurture good relationships with customers from around the world, creating interest and excitement for our products in new territories
– Proactively seek new business opportunities in the B2B publishing market worldwide (B2B)
– Planning and implementing B2B activities together with the Director
– Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and the Founder/ Director
You will need to possess a laptop, a strong wifi connection and a mobile phone as well as a conducive working environment.

Requirements
– Speaks fluent English
– Good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
– Good oral and written communications skills
– Well-organised and experienced in updating and managing databases
– Good command of English (speak, write and read)
– Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
– Able to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines
– Has own initiative to make things happen on a day-to-day basis after clear updates and direction from management (does not adopt a sit and wait attitude)
– Five day work from home (permanently)

Experience
– Matured, reliable and a team player and preferably having experience working with Singaporean – Western cultures
– Minimum 4 years experience and above in a position related to customer relationships/ business development
– Familiar with online meeting applications like zoom etc
