Responsibilities and Duties

• Follow up on leads generated through various sources.
• Converting tele-enquiries into walk-ins.
• Handling Walk – in, Telephonic and Online enquiries.
• Counsel and guide aspiring students about the various study options available.
• Admission Conversion to meet revenue targets for the company.
• Responsible for admissions and company growth.
• Networking with students through mails/calls/social media/whatsapp/etc
• To work in tandem with Managements strategies and plans for development of sales and marketing activities.
• Co-ordinate with students for Seminars, trainings, admissions, re-admissions, and other associates for promotional activities.

• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, courses, and reactions to products.
• Resolving any concerns of students promptly & satisfactorily.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
