1. Counsellor’s role starts after student’s documents are received for profile evaluation.
2. Do profile evaluation based on documents received.
3. Understand student’s profile and counsel accordingly for different countries.
4. Shortlist courses and university options most suitable (give students what they deserve as they would be spending their hard earned money).
5. Convert students to apply and then the application team takes over.
6. Handling selected students for their Visa application and process.
7. Handle incoming queries on phone, email, and office walk-ins.
8. Make outgoing calls, send e-mails to follow up with interested students/candidates and counsel them if required.
