Departmental Heads
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership in academic content development and teacher training.
- Set goals aligned with educational standards and organizational priorities.
2. Team Management:

- Oversee content developers and training executives.
- Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure effective collaboration.
3. Content Development Oversight:

- Ensure high-quality development of educational materials (textbooks, worksheets, assessments, lesson plans, PPTs).
- Review and approve content to meet curriculum goals and educational standards.
4. Training Program Management:

- Design and implement training programs for teachers.
- Support training executives in delivering effective professional development sessions.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Coordinate with departments, especially graphic media, to create supporting visual aids.
- Foster collaboration with educators and curriculum specialists for feedback and resource improvement.
6. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure accuracy and educational effectiveness of materials.
- Conduct evaluations to maintain high standards in content and training delivery.
Academic Content Development and Training Executives
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Content Development:

- Develop and enhance educational materials (textbooks, worksheets, assessments, lesson plans, PPTs) for pre-primary and primary levels.
- Collaborate with graphic media to create visual aids that reinforce educational content.
2. Teacher Training and Support:

- Train and assist teachers in effectively using developed resources.
- Provide ongoing support to improve pedagogical skills and address challenges.
3. Curriculum Design and Innovation:

- Design curriculum content aligned with educational standards and learning outcomes.
- Introduce new teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
4. Research and Development:

- Conduct research on educational trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Utilize research findings to develop engaging and effective educational resources.
5. Professional Development:

- Participate in professional development to enhance skills in instructional design, e-learning, and content creation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices in educational content development and teacher training.
6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain documentation of developed materials and training programs.
- Prepare reports on content development progress, training effectiveness, and educator feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong subject knowledge with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent writing skills to create engaging educational materials.
- Research-oriented with innovative ideas for educational resources.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning platforms.
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality of educational resources.
