• Candidate will be responsible for Organizing International conferences which includes events like Workshops, Symposia, etc.,
• Designing scientific sessions for conferences,
• Inviting Professors, Assistant professors, Associates, Students, Research fellows from Universities and CEO, COO, Managers and Executive Directors from reputed companies throughout the world,
• Acting as Point of contact for Program chairs, scientific committee and invited speakers and using their services and advises to mark the event successful,
• Making event successful by constantly monitoring and facilitating onsite coordinator for smooth running of the event,
• Will be the key contact person in ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery.

Required Candidate profile

The candidate should have:

• Candidate must have Good verbal, excellent verbal and written communication and writing skills along with management skills in developing and strengthening relationships with clients/prospects, industry leaders and key contacts within local, national and international associations within targeted industry sectors.
• Should have basic knowledge about MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Able to prepare conference website content & conference related communications.
• Should have sound knowledge about Social Networking Sites, i.e., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram & Blogs.
• Knowledge in content optimization Planning & executing SEO, Building Database, Content marketing, email Marketing and Display ads.
• Should be Self-driven, Initiative and Motivated.
• Honest and trustworthy to the management.
• Ability to handle complex information and within deadlines.
• Highly creative in developing content and communicating with subject experts.
• Strong analytical skills and target-driven thinking.
• Being Smart and logical at workplace, Multitasking & Sound knowledge in troubleshooting.
• Gaining Up-to-date knowledge on latest trends & implementing them for profit gains.
