Special Education Teacher Immediate Hire Job Title: Special Education Teacher Location: Virginia Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite only Hours: 37.5 hours per week Soliant Health is seeking certified Special Education Teachers in Virginia to join our team. As a Special Education Teacher, you will work with K-12 students with diverse learning needs and provide them with the tools and resources they need to succeed academically and socially. Responsibilities: Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities Assess students’ strengths and needs, and develop appropriate instructional strategies Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other service providers to support students’ learning Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in special education Requirements: Certification in Special Education in Virginia Prior schools experience preferred Ability to work onsite full-time Flexibility to work with different caseloads Strong communication and collaboration skills >
