School Profile
Our client is a Community Kindergarten that strives to provide a happy, safe and secure environment where all children learn through play. In a natural environment with flexible programs and engaging experiences, children are encouraged to explore, take risks, accept challenges, learn and grow. Educational programs are developed and implemented with consultation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF: Belonging, Being and Becoming), the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines and the National Quality Standards.
Reporting to the Management Committee, the Director will be responsible for the operational management of all aspects of the Kindergarten, including human resources, educational and wellbeing programs, communication with families, risk and compliance, marketing and administration.
