Job Purpose

To support students in Grades 6–10 by delivering life skills, foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN), and academic support programs in schools and community learning centers. The role involves working closely with teachers, parents, school leaders, and community members to improve students’ learning outcomes and overall development.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct life skills and FLN sessions for students in Grades 6–8 during school hours by Using creative teaching methods, peer learning, games, activities, and digital tools to make learning engaging.
• Help students improve reading, communication, mathematics, science, and other academic skills and provide extra support to students with learning gaps or who need remedial education. Build positive relationships with teachers, headmasters, and school management committees (SMCs).
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to trained teachers so they can independently conduct sessions after one year and Keep school stakeholders informed about project progress.
• Guide Community Coordinators in implementing community-based activities.
• Engage parents, SMC members, and community stakeholders to create a supportive learning environment.
• Conduct parent meetings and share students’ progress regularly.
• Maintain MIS records and other required documentation.
