Job Description

Reporting to The Principal, The Responsibilities of the Kindergarten Teacher Includes:

1. Understand the vision and purpose of the School and align with the school’s academic culture.

2. Develop and prepare content, including presentations for daily classes

3. Research, Understand and Prepare Lesson Plans

4. Conduct Classes as per timetable, including any substitutions assigned for the day maintaining the standards of teaching and student engagement

5. Effectively use different learning resources and platforms provided by the School-aligned with learning objectives.

6. Plan, prepare, and execute continuous informal and formal assessments of students

7. Report on the progress of the child through assessments and anecdotal records as per the School’s Standards.

8. Collaborate with other teachers and coordinators

9. Prepare and conduct Parent Meetings

10. Ensure compliance and adherence to School’s policies including child safety and security

Skills Required

1. Graduation from a reputed university with B.Ed and/or teacher training program.

2. Credible experience of teaching in an CBSE/IGCSE school of repute in India or abroad

1. Excellent English Communication

2. Minimum 2 years of experience

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
