Key Responsibilities:

Educational and Spiritual Leadership:

• • Provide visionary leadership, grounded in Christian principles, for the school community.
  • Develop and articulate the school’s educational vision, mission, and objectives in line with the Cambridge Curriculum.
  • Promote a Christian worldview and ensure that the curriculum reflects Christian values and ethics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning, promoting academic excellence.

Administrative Leadership:

• • Oversee the daily operations of the school, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Supervise and support the faculty and staff, facilitating professional development opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain school policies, ensuring alignment with the Cambridge Curriculum and Christian ethos.
  • Collaborate with relevant educational authorities and agencies to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and financial stewardship in accordance with the school’s mission and vision.

Student Development:

• • Cultivate a student-centered learning environment that combines academic excellence with spiritual growth.
  • Promote a culture of respect, inclusivity, and diversity in line with Christian teachings.
  • Monitor and support student academic progress and spiritual well-being.
  • Implement strategies for student achievement in Cambridge examinations while nurturing their spiritual development.

Parent and Community Engagement:

• • Establish strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about the school’s activities and progress.
  • Encourage active parent involvement in school events and activities.
  • Represent the school in the Christian and local communities, fostering positive community relations.

School Development:

• • Plan and execute strategies for the long-term development and growth of the school in alignment with the Christian mission.
  • Manage facilities and resources to meet the needs of the Cambridge curriculum and Christian education.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion or improvement and develop plans accordingly.

Qualifications:

• A master’s or higher degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership, with a strong preference for experience within the Cambridge Curriculum and Christian education.
• A deep understanding of the Cambridge Curriculum, assessment, and best practices, as well as a strong commitment to Christian values.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse group of educators and staff.
• Knowledge of local educational regulations and a commitment to faith-based education.
