Roles and Responsibilities

1. Introduce and conduct counselling sessions
2. Online counseling support via text/email/telephonic calls through Brainwonders Portal
3. Coordinate with clients for counselling schedule
4. Follow Up with Clients post counselling
5. Posting Online Content to create further awareness regarding Brainwonders Patented Products and other online tests

6. Preferred candidates with experience in personality, intelligence, career and clinical testing

7. Create and implement group sessions, guidance programs, and workshops for various concerns across age groups

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good Communication skills.
• Must be compassionate, kind and caring and be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding.
• Postgraduate/Certification in the field of Counselling Psychology, also candidates with Diploma/Certification in Career Guidance can be considered
• Presentable, considering Client facing role and managing Counselling sessions to represent Brainwonders.
• Need to have good flair in written english.
