A school coordinator is the vital bridge between administration, faculty, students, and parents. They oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring curriculum standards are met. Their core responsibilities include mentoring teachers, tracking student progress, managing academic schedules, and facilitating communication between the school and families.The core responsibilities of a school coordinator are typically divided into three primary areas:1. Curriculum and Academic ManagementCurriculum Implementation: Align syllabi with educational standards and ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery.Assessments: Organize testing schedules, evaluate student performance data, and help teachers identify learning gaps.Resource Allocation: Manage instructional materials, textbooks, and digital learning tools.2. Faculty Support and LeadershipTeacher Mentorship: Provide guidance to new educators, observe classroom practices, and offer constructive feedback.Professional Development: Organize faculty workshops, training sessions, and collaborative planning meetings.Workflow Coordination: Streamline interactions among teachers to build a cohesive team environment.3. Student and Parent RelationsStudent Success: Guide students, address behavioral or academic concerns, and develop tailored learning/intervention strategies.Parent Communication: Act as the intermediary between home and school, addressing parent inquiries and facilitating meetings.Event Planning: Coordinate co-curricular activities, parent-teacher conferences, and school-wide events

Pay: ₹85,000.00 – ₹98,000.00 per month
