Schooglink is an EdTech startup using smart technology to improve Education landscape across rural India. We believe education is a fundamental right and build technology-enabled classrooms and support teachers to improve learning outcomes for students in Classes VIII to XII curriculum in Bihar, UP, MP and Jharkhand (State Boards & CBSE). Our hybrid smart class room model is cost-effective and has replaced the traditional tuition center model that most rural students rely on, positively impacting pass percentages among students in the state(s). We provide affordable quality education to 85% rural India using our hybrid online-offline smart classroom model.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Flutter Programmer at Schooglink. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and building mobile applications using Flutter for our vernacular education platform. You will work with the product team to conceptualize and build new features, maintain and enhance existing features, and improve application performance. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with design, backend, and quality assurance teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Dart and Flutter SDK.
• Experience with mobile development, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Experience with payment gateway integration and e-commerce applications is a plus.
• Experience with Firebase, AWS Amplify, and Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, but not required, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
