Job description:

  • Preparation of list of participants for each training program in advance
  • Share final list of participants with concern cluster trainer
  • Conduct induction training of new CSO’s at regional level as per directed by Zonal Manager
  • Develop and share action plan on monthly basis to their respective Zonal Managers and HO team
  • Ensure to cater the training needs of all new joiners at regional level and discuss the same with HO team
  • Coordination for training program with various departments and also report the same to their concern reporting authority
  • Documentation of overall training records/feedbacks reviews.

Required Candidate profile

  • 2-7 years of experience as a Trainer
  • Identifying and tracking of training needs of the Department
  • Management disciplines
  • Resource management
  • Customer service
  • Budget control
  • Risk assessment
  • Responsible for post training assessment
  • Responsible for post training Monitoring
