We have opening for the role Regional Training Manager
Location – Mumbai (Thane RO)
Role & responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of a skills inventory to assist in human resource development for the allocated Zone.
- Identify areas of training gaps for all roles in the defined area provide feedback to the Head COE and CHRO with regards to designing training modules as per the needs & gaps identified for all roles.
- Provides support in designing the content and the mode of delivery of the training module.
- Framing training objectives based on training needs after assessment of gap b/w skills already available and desired.
- Discuss and develop the annual training calendar in consultation with Head COE ,CHRO & Functional Heads, for the area allocated and communicate it to all concerned
- Perform a robust training needs analysis exercise in due consultation with the various stakeholders and document the same for year on year analysis
- Ensure implementation as per the defined timelines
- Managing the development of training curriculum; formulating and reviewing training outlines, and determining appropriate instructional methodologies and formats based on business requirements.
- Manage and drive learning & development initiative at assigned Zone, branch level
- Responsible to plan, organize & impart formal Training, to develop the functional & behavioral skills across the organization
- Organizing the training infrastructure to conduct suitable trainings as per plan
- Impart TTT to those identified as necessary to be a part of the program
- Evaluating effectiveness of training programs by constantly developing/implementing assessment tools.
