Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Design effective training programs
  • Determine training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Support and mentor new employees
  • Manage training budgets
  • Lead a Team of Trainers, Coaches, TL to enable training delivery
  • Evaluate Trainers and provide feedback to improve performance and facilitation
  • Responsible for Trainer Grooming & Endorsement on Platform / Technical Skills
  • Seek client / In house certification on each version of the Training Manual
  • Identify projects to improve training effectiveness for new hires impacting throughout, attrition & other key deliverables
  • Motivate and Mentor the team to deliver against KPIs as per business requirements
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proficient in making PPT for Training Program.
  • Proficient in excel for sharing training reports.
  • Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Critical thinking and decision making
