Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons that effectively teach the English language, literature, grammar, and related subjects to students of all ages and proficiency levels
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives
• Use a variety of instructional methods and materials to engage students and promote learning, including lectures, discussions, group activities, and multimedia resources
• Assess student progress through quizzes, exams, and other assignments, and provide regular feedback to students and parents
• Manage classroom behavior and create a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
• Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to improve student outcomes and ensure the overall success of the school community
• Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with new teaching methods, technologies, and research in the field

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English and B.Ed.
• Strong knowledge of the English language, literature, and grammar, as well as effective teaching strategies and methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire students of all ages and backgrounds
• Ability to manage classroom behavior and create a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow as a teacher.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
