Job Description

• Generating Leads and cold calls
• Conducting inquiries and following up with them
• Connecting with new students generated through various marketing activities
• Process the admission and take regular follow-ups.
• Make mailers or other outbound data for student communication.
• Carry out the registration process.
• Maintaining student data and registration procedure
• Collect the necessary documents after the registration and maintain them properly.
• Observe and evaluate students’ performance and academic progress on a daily or weekly basis
• Collates student study data and updates parents on the week-to-week learning status of the students through Whatsapp messages, emails and calls.
• Assist students in reviewing their progress
• Taking students’ feedback and creating data ready for analysis
• Student support activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smoother admission process.
• Maintaining accurate records of the students counselled and regular reporting.
• Responsible for conducting seminars / workshops / expert sessions etc.
• Interacting with faculties for their progress and daily batches
• Other admin responsibilities
• Working as first point of contact

• Ability to work independently
• Should be expert in MS Excel & Power point presentations
• Multitasking abilities & people orientation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:
