Role Description The SAP MM Trainer role at BEAT Educations is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The trainer will design and deliver SAP MM (Materials Management) training sessions, including conceptual lessons, system demonstrations, and hands-on lab exercises. Responsibilities include developing and updating training materials, lesson plans, and practical case studies that align with current SAP MM best practices and industry standards. The trainer will assess learner performance through assignments, tests, and project work, provide constructive feedback, and offer academic guidance. The role also involves collaborating with the academic and operations teams to schedule classes, support curriculum enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement of SAP-related programs.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP MM functional expertise, including configuration, purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Proven experience in training, teaching, or mentoring in SAP or related ERP systems, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, structured ways.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centric, inclusive approach.
• Experience designing or refining training content, course materials, and practical exercises aligned with industry use cases.
• Ability to stay current with SAP MM updates and industry trends, and to adapt training content accordingly.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Supply Chain, IT, or Engineering) or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant SAP certifications (especially in SAP MM) are highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting schedules, and readiness to work on-site in Kozhikode on a full-time basis.
