Role Description The SAP Asset Management Trainer will design and deliver remote training sessions focused on SAP Asset Management and related modules to learners at various skill levels. This part-time role includes developing course materials, such as presentations, exercises, and case studies, that reflect real-world business processes and scenarios. The trainer will conduct live online classes, provide guided practice, and offer feedback on assignments and projects to support learner success. Responsibilities also include assessing learner progress, updating content based on new SAP features or industry changes, and collaborating with the academic team to align training with Beat Educations’ standards. The trainer will maintain clear communication with learners, support them via virtual channels, and contribute to continuous improvement of the training programs. Qualifications
Strong expertise in SAP Finance modules such as SAP FICO, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners.
Proven experience in Training, including designing curricula, delivering virtual sessions, and assessing learner performance.
Experience with Business Process analysis and mapping, particularly in enterprise resource planning and asset management contexts.
Knowledge of Materials Management and its integration with asset management and finance processes in SAP.
Background in Consulting or advisory roles, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups in an online environment.
Comfort with remote teaching tools and learning management systems, and the ability to manage virtual classrooms effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field; SAP certifications in relevant modules are highly desirable.
Prior teaching, corporate training, or mentoring experience in SAP or similar enterprise systems is a strong advantage.
