• Admissions Management: Counsel and guide parents through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Operations Coordination: Oversee daily branch operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management, to ensure excellence in service delivery.
• Parent Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and community stakeholders through regular communication and meetings.
• Academic Collaboration: Work closely with the academic team to support an efficient and effective learning environment for our students.
• Marketing Support: Assist in local marketing efforts to promote the branch and attract prospective families.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree or equivalent in education or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 0-2 years in the education sector, with a focus on admissions or counseling.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fluency in English, strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with computer applications and a basic understanding of digital marketing strategies.
• Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings.
