Job Overview

We are looking Faculty for food production faculty for a Hospitality Training Institute in Panaji. Candidate must be a graduate/diploma in Hospitality. Faculty will be responsible for the overall completion of the course curriculum & practical’s, student development and evaluation.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct orientation sessions Helps drive organization values and philosophy and ensures all training and development activities are linked to the vision and mission of the organization.

Programs to focus on a variety of topics, including product knowledge, customer service and leadership skills

Should be follow up the Student Status and Motivate the Students towards their Career and Education. And Outside Competitions.

Should be involve and complete as per given responsibility for Food Festivals, Occasions celebrating in Collage.

Submission of prepared Question Papers as per the given schedule and correction of papers, and marks analysis and grading.

Be Punctual and maintain professional attire and guide and motivate the students be take initiation and try to be Lead the teams.

Learn and update about the changes in Hospitality Sector in the world.

Job Requirements

Must be a Hotel Management Graduate

Minimum 5 Years’ Experience of Hotel Industry.

Prefers teaching Experience if any.

Should be willing to take up more tasks.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Outstanding problem-solving skill

Punctual and highly organized

In depth knowledge of food department preferred.
