Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and design engaging instructional materials that effectively communicate complex concepts to learners of all levels.

2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create targeted content for various learning objectives.

3. Utilize your exceptional written English proficiency to create clear, concise, and well-structured instructional content.

4. Incorporate interactive activities and multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement and retention.

5. Conduct thorough research to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in instructional design.

6. Review and edit existing materials to improve clarity, coherence, and instructional effectiveness.

7. Proficiently use MS Office tools to design and format content, including presentations, worksheets, and assessments.

The Qualification/Skills required are:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong English communication and Writing skills.
• Collaboration skills
• Instructional design or educational content writing experience is preferred.
